CYFB Series Variable Frequency Control Cabinets for Fans and Pumps
Product details
Product Introduction
The starting current of fans and pumps causes a significant impact on the power grid, leading to grid instability. Additionally, their operation produces substantial noise, which has a major effect on on-site personnel. To ensure production reliability, various production machinery is designed with a certain margin (safety factor) in their power drive systems. When the motor operates under non-full-load conditions, apart from meeting the power drive requirements, the excess torque increases the consumption of reactive power, resulting in wasted electrical energy.

The traditional methods for adjusting the (flow) speed of fan and pump equipment involve regulating the opening degree of inlet or outlet valves (butterfly valves, ball valves, etc.) to control the air volume or flow rate. This approach requires a large input power, and a significant amount of energy is consumed during the throttling process of the valve system. When using frequency conversion, if a reduction in flow is required, it can be achieved by decreasing the rotational speed of the pump/fan.

The frequency conversion control cabinet for fans and pumps is a specialized energy-saving electrical cabinet designed for the operational characteristics of fans and pumps in fluid transportation. It employs embedded intelligent control technology, flux linkage and speed estimation technology, as well as frequency conversion speed regulation technology. Fundamentally, it eliminates the power waste phenomenon of "using a big horse to pull a small cart" that commonly exists in fan and pump equipment due to selection or load changes, ensuring that the equipment always operates in the optimal working state, thereby saving a large amount of electrical energy.
